Responsibilities:

Implement and lead the Group social strategy across two distinct hotel brands and several Food and Beverage brands, managing this in line with group objectives while enhancing awareness.

  • Generate and deliver highly engaging social media content across all social platforms
  • Manage and grow engaged communities on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Create internal framework and processes for Social Media.
  • Protect the tone of voice for all brands online.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop content aligned with business plans
  • Execute defined social media strategy across all platforms; Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google analytics, scheduling and reporting.
  • Maintaining sites, looking at data analytics, ensure the company website is kept up to date in line with the marketing and content calendar
  • Develop, deliver, and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception through to completion.
  • Run photoshoots for images that can be used across social media and brand websites.
  • Provide effective measurements for evaluating all marketing activity and improving performance; report on performance results and insights to facilitate business development opportunities on a regular basis.
  • Deliver competitor analysis with a clear interpretation of opportunities and recommended actions.
  • Evaluate new sponsorship/partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with the Edwardian brand.
  • Effectively manage expectations of senior management to help build strong relationships.
