Responsibilities:
Implement and lead the Group social strategy across two distinct hotel brands and several Food and Beverage brands, managing this in line with group objectives while enhancing awareness.
- Generate and deliver highly engaging social media content across all social platforms
- Manage and grow engaged communities on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Create internal framework and processes for Social Media.
- Protect the tone of voice for all brands online.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop content aligned with business plans
- Execute defined social media strategy across all platforms; Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google analytics, scheduling and reporting.
- Maintaining sites, looking at data analytics, ensure the company website is kept up to date in line with the marketing and content calendar
- Develop, deliver, and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception through to completion.
- Run photoshoots for images that can be used across social media and brand websites.
- Provide effective measurements for evaluating all marketing activity and improving performance; report on performance results and insights to facilitate business development opportunities on a regular basis.
- Deliver competitor analysis with a clear interpretation of opportunities and recommended actions.
- Evaluate new sponsorship/partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with the Edwardian brand.
- Effectively manage expectations of senior management to help build strong relationships.
