We provide industry experience and insight, technical expertise, and, as a Google and HubSpot partner agency, technological support.
Our in-house team of graphic designers, web developers, communication specialists, market researchers and analysts are backed up by a roster of over a thousand creatives from different fields.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Trafficking Manager posting.
Prepare, schedule, and post content using Facebook Creator Studio, Twitter Media Studio, TikTok, and Sprinklr with extreme accuracy and prompt.
Monitor all social platforms and escalate potential issues with the posts
Effective client communication
Trafficking, quality check of new or existing online ad campaigns
Following up with client partners/publishers on campaign performance, reviewing live ads to ensure that it’s running as per expected functionality
Proactively completing ad performance reports on time and sharing them with clients
Develop trusted advisor relationships with client and customer stakeholders
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of assigned tasks according to customer needs and objectives
Assist with last-minute challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed within short ETAs
Up to date with editorial calendar and ensure postings are executed accordingly
Keep alignment with internal channel managers and Creative Studio teams to ensure asset accuracy
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all available social media formats and offerings
Create campaign reports, delivering valuable insights around posting trends, engagement
Education qualification - Graduation in any stream
1.5 to 2 years of work experience in social trafficking (social posting)
Must have hands-on experience in uploading videos on YouTube and channel management
Social media trafficking experience (FB, IG, TW, TT)
Must have end-to-end campaign management experience along with trafficking and quality checks
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
Experience with MS Office (particularly should be good with MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions as per customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Creative editing experience is nice to have but not mandatory
