As Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key part in our social media team, working alongside our creative, community, influencer and senior teams on social media content, executing the strategy and content that help our clients to disrupt and engage with their target audiences, in their tone of voice and following their values.

If you’re passionate about social media, content creation and building your career in a fast growing, purpose-driven start up environment working with some incredible brand & charity partners, then this is the role for you!

• Support the team to develop and execute cutting-edge social media content strategies that help our clients achieve their goals
• Brief in (and if you can develop) eye-catching content that stops people scrolling (think stunning visuals, clever captions, and videos that go viral) using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Capcut etc.
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest social media trends and innovations in your communities.
• Build strong relationships with our clients and become a go-to social media expert
• Analyse content performance to measure its success,, constantly reapplying the learnings back into your accounts and sharing more broadly with the team
• Manage content calendars for multiple clients and social platforms, ensuring the content is always linking back to the goals, objectives and brand tone of voice /visual identity by client.
• Own & manage the clients’ social media communities along with our Community Exec, by replying to comments & messages they receive, helping drive their engagement rates up, building relationships with influencers and content creators, nurture the community of loyal fans - we see community as our superpower and are always innovating in this area, to harness the power of the community.
