We are currently looking for a Social Media Governance Senior Specialist in Krakow, Poland.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the governance of PMI’s social media presence. This role involves conducting research on social media policies, creating best practices, collaborating with various markets, and ensuring compliance with platform terms and conditions. You will also manage access and connections in collaboration with IT, evaluate governance requests, and support other team members.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the latest changes in social media policies and control mechanisms.
- Create and document best practices for social media governance.
- Collaborate with markets on various governance matters, including launching new social media accounts and resolving access and platform issues.
- Ensure compliance of PMI channels with social media platforms’ terms and conditions.
- Work with IT to manage Sprinklr access and connections.
- Evaluate incoming social media governance requests to determine their priority level based on potential impact and urgency.
- Oversee and act as a backup for the Social Media Governance Specialist.
- Support the creation and implementation of procedures, standards, and guidelines for PMI’s social media presence
We’re looking for someone with:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in in social media governance, with familiarity with instant messaging platforms being a plus.
- Proven track record in social media account creation and management.
- Demonstrated experience with Meta Business Suite.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, preferably Sprinklr.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Skilled in supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Excellent spoken and written English
