Here at Laura Lambe Fitness, we treat menopausal women on how to rebalance their hormonal health and how to THRIVE during this next chapter of their lives
Our team is looking to expand our lead generation team and we’re looking for a sharp individual with a desire to grow with a fast-moving company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You would be working inside of our corporate and personal messaging account, communicating with leads as they message off our page.
You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our Facebook, Instagram and Skool accounts.
Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with our sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available for shifts of 8am-2pm UK time (you can be based in any European time zone)
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week - 5 days per week of 6h shifts
  • Must have weekend availability
  • Have experience in a lead generation role

Additional ideal requirements:

  • High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Some experience in the fitness industry is also a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience managing calendars and a booking call system
  • Must attend weekly team meetings
  • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
  • Must have reliable internet as this is a work from home position

Pay: Base £1200 per month
Commission £40 per closed call booked
Minimum on track earnings of £1600 based on minimum performance of generating 10 clients a month
