Cheltenham, Gloucester co-work spaces and remote. You will also be needed at events and client visits, so access to a car is preferred but not essential.

ABOUT US:

Alice Violet Creative offer strategic social media and content marketing services such as video, photography and podcasts. We primarily work with brands that have a technical or complex product or service which we enable them to communicate effectively.

This dynamic and demanding role suits someone who loves variety and is keen to learn. AVC is growing and we are seeking an ambitious individual who is self-motivated and reliable. This role involves managing social media for us and some of our key clients.
We primarily work with tech and cybersecurity brands making their complex offering beautiful and engaging.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement social media strategies across a range of clients.
Full management of social media presence for multiple clients including planning, writing, scheduling and reporting of content.
Develop trusted partnerships with key clients who attend and lead planning meetings.
A trusted expert in social media and content marketing.
An understanding of how to communicate cybersecurity and tech products or services. .
Support and collaborate with content creators, clients and other team members.
Create and edit content in the form of video, graphics and photography.
Support behind-the-scenes for AVC and client content creation days for video, podcast and photography production.
Have a presence within the Cheltenham business and cybersecurity communities to raise the profile of Alice Violet Creative.
Guide and manage the social media presence of Alice Violet Creative.
Skills and Experience Required for the Role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A creative approach to digital and content marketing
2 years experience in managing multiple social media accounts either in-house or for an agency.
Experience in creating various digital content for social media such as video, photography, graphics and written content.
An interest in learning new skills and technologies and growing with the needs of the role and company.
Ability to prioritise client deliverables.
Experience using a social media management tool such as Hootsuite.
An understanding of wider social media optimisations such as SEO.
Knowledgeable in the current and future trends in social media.
Experience using Canva.
Experience Preferred for the Role (not essential)
Content creation can be in the form of video, audio, photography, or articles.
Experience working at a tech or cybersecurity company.
Experience working for a start-up or busy agency.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for websites and social media.
Adobe Creative Cloud: Audition, Premiere Pro, Photoshop.
Podcasting or professional content production.
