Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual for the role of Social Media and Creative Manager, where you will oversee day-to-day operations of the social media and creative department, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing our overall social media strategy. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, collaborating with internal eCommerce and PR teams, generating engaging content for various platforms, overseeing content creation and scheduling, fostering community engagement, monitoring trends and competitor activities, utilizing analytics tools for tracking and reporting, collaborating effectively with other departments, and providing dual reporting to both Public Relations and eCommerce heads. Additionally, always to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content, contributing to the ideation and development of creative campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, PR or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in social media marketing and creative in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in directing media agencies is beneficial.
  • Fluent command of English, verbal and written.
  • Strong team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of design principles is beneficial.
