Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of social media management experience, preferably within the gaming, e-commerce, or tech industries.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and user growth.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to grow and engage communities on Discord and drive engagement through interactive formats like Twitch streams or in-game events.
- Ability to create compelling visual and written content, including short-form videos, memes, and interactive posts.
- Basic proficiency in video and image editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and optimize content strategies.
- Ability to interpret data and metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- A creative mindset with the ability to devise unique content ideas and campaigns tailored to the gaming and e-commerce audience.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, able to align content with business goals and drive community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with internal teams, influencers, and the community.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep passion for gaming, especially the CS2 and skin gaming communities, as well as a solid understanding of gamified shopping experiences.
