YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

3–5 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Knowledge of social media trends and AI tools for social media.
Experience with video content creation and editing.
Experience with paid social media campaigns is a bonus.
Ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and impactful social media content.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a social media manager who is on top of trends, skilled in creating various types of content including video (with support if need be), and knowledgeable about how AI can enhance social media efforts. You will develop engaging social media content and strategies that resonate with our target audiences. This role requires a strong writer and content creator, experienced in managing social media for B2B brands, with extensive experience on LinkedIn. Knowledge of paid campaigns is a bonus. And an interest in global affairs is essential. You will be working closely with our inhouse designers, copywriter and creative director.

A MONTH IN THIS ROLE COULD LOOK LIKE:

Creating compelling social media content for clients in the sustainability sector.
Developing and executing a paid social media campaign for a clean water technology start-up.
Collaborating with designers to produce engaging video content for a humanitarian staffing client.
Analysing social media trends and integrating new strategies to enhance engagement.
Managing LinkedIn accounts for various B2B clients, ensuring consistent and impactful content.
Participating in a workshop on AI tools for social media enhancement.
Presenting social media performance reports to the team, providing actionable insights.
