About the role
As our Social Media Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute the market’s Social Media strategy across paid and owned channels, aligning with business objectives and marketing funnel stages. Strong focus on paid social required:
- Manage DACH Social Media Budget and optimize spendings according to performance KPIs regularly aiming at upper level KPIs
- Campaign management: Planning, executing, and reporting on paid social media campaigns. This includes setting goals and KPIs, and measuring the campaign’s performance against those goals
- Work closely with Performance & Data Analytics team to maximize Sales & ROI across all social platforms
- Coordinate with web teams to optimize user journeys from social media platforms.
- Responsibilities for Social Owned activities will contain:
- Oversee the social media content calendar, including creative briefs and copywriting, ensuring alignment with business goals and global strategy.
- Align owned social media strategy with internal stakeholders to drive brand and business goals
- Stay abreast of social media trends and best practices, sharing insights and innovations with internal teams
- Utilize social media tools for regular reporting on performance metrics across paid, owned, and earned media, utilizing platforms like Sprinklr for social listening.
- Manage the market’s reputation, commercial, and care communications through social media, aligning with brand and business goals
- Work closely with internal teams to present community engagement, sentiments and social media metrics while setting goals to increase brand awareness and engagement
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
- Minimum four years of experience in leading social media and community management or related fields.
- Proficiency in managing social media planning and listening tools, ideally Sprinklr, to deliver regular reports and insights.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven track record in content publishing, social media community management, and social care.
- Analytical mindset with experience in delivering data and reporting to stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships internationally and at all levels.
- Demonstrable skills in idea generation, trend identification, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the digital/social space.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and attention to detail.
