Our Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in elevating the current online presence of the Dulcedo brand and bringing it to new heights through engaging storytelling and impactful content creation. This dynamic position involves managing editorial calendars, fostering organic growth by building active online communities, and producing captivating content that resonates with the unique identity of each part of the company. Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and oversee social media editorial calendars to deliver consistent, strategic, and engaging content across all platforms.
- Drive organic growth and actively manage community engagement by responding to comments and fostering an active brand community.
- Collaborate with team members to craft original, storytelling content that strengthens our brand narrative and resonates with our audience.
- Produce compelling digital marketing materials, including blog posts and newsletters, and manage various content types to ensure brand voice consistency.
- Generate reports and craft compelling, insightful insights and recommendations that explore traditional and non-traditional methods of reaching consumers through various social channels. Leverage SAAS tools for gamification or contesting/giveaways.
- Serve as a digital marketing “jack of all trades,” working alongside the PR, the social media and many other teams to fluidly transition between content creation, strategy implementation, and community engagement.
- Assist in the development of pitches and strategy documents, as needed.
