We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and building online communities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar).
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, grammar, and creativity.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to new trends.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotions.
  • Previous experience in content strategy or digital marketing.

    Pay: €13.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Create, schedule, and publish captivating content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and mentions, responding promptly to inquiries and engaging with followers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • A portfolio showcasing is recommended.
