Reporting to the Head of Content, the Social Media Manager is responsible for supporting the global social media strategy by creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns. As part of the larger Content Marketing team, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Regional Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand and Design, and People Experience) and play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and analytical team player who is passionate about social media and ready to contribute to our company’s growth as a leader in the employee communications software space.
