We’re seeking a dynamic and young Social Media Manager who thrives on community building, crafting engaging content, and staying abreast of social media trends. In this role, you’ll lead our brand’s presence across major platforms, track campaign performance, and ensure marketing materials align with our brand identity. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating original content, and maintaining our company image. The ideal candidate has experience with web analytics tools, stays updated on digital trends, and can translate creative ideas into effective campaigns. Strong communication skills and the ability to creatively express our company’s views are essential.

- Become the master storyteller: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Content is king (and queen): Create engaging and diverse content (text, images, videos) that sparks conversation, drives brand awareness, and increases reach.
- Be a community champion: Foster meaningful connections with our audience, respond to inquiries promptly, and cultivate a loyal following.
- Data whisperer: Analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of evolving social media trends and adapt your approach accordingly.
- Collaborate like a pro: Work closely with marketing, branding, and other teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Be a strategic thinker: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to leverage social media for lead generation, sales conversions, and brand advocacy.
- Develop strategies and tactics to improve brand awareness and organizational presence, which will result in driving qualified traffic and high quality leads.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and digital platforms to attract and convert our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, influencers, agencies and/ or vendors.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insight and assess against quarterly goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust accordingly.
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with the team to generate engaging content to be published daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Plan, organize and prepare online and offline events for influencers.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design
- Suggest and implement new features, strategies or trends to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Account Managing: Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Content Planning and Execution: Develop a cohesive content strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and audience’s interests. Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all digital platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content using analytics tools. Adjust strategies as needed based on data-driven insights
