JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a young creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role demands a keen understanding of public relations and social media management, along with the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in social media management or public relations would be helpful.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and changes in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms, including Instagram, and Tiktok.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all social media channels in a timely manner.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Manage public relations efforts related to social media campaigns and handle any potential crises that may arise online.
