Description:

The individual will be responsible for leading the social media development and execution for Driven’s Japanese Team to establish creative best practices, guidelines, and ways of working to ensure the content is engaging, interesting, and effective in Japanese language.

  • Define, manage, and execute social media vision for the Japanese Team to drive brand discovery and customer engagement via social media channels and team partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR department to optimize key brand message and perception drivers through social media in Japanese language
  • Mange Driven’s Japanese Team’s social media accounts targeting the Japanese audience and oversee campaign strategy, leading creative ideation to deliver innovative campaigns
  • Create and manage the social media calendar for Driven’s Japanese Team pages targeting the Japanese market
  • Maintain a deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints in the Japanese market
  • Develops and owns multiple team KPIs for social media strategy in the Japanese market to drive results toward our business goals over short and long-term that are reported to senior leadership.
  • Content creation and management of all social media channels targeting the Japanese audience.
  • Works closely with local expert network and elsewhere clientele in the Japanese market to create and deliver content.
  • Partners with PR, editorial, creative, and video teams internally and externally to create and deliver content targeting the Japanese market.
  • Day-to-day community management and outreach across all Driven’s Japanese Team platforms targeting the Japanese audience.
  • Manages and owns business analytics and reporting for the Driven’s Japanese Team social media accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms used in Japan such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Line
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese language
  • Up to date with social media trends and other social media best practices in the Japanese market
  • Understanding of and familiarity with graphic design, video editing and post scheduling software and tools.
  • An understanding of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred but not essential
    A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media, someone who is native or fluent in Japanese language, and has a proven-track record of planning, delivering, and reporting on a range of social media campaigns targeting the Japanese market, across various social platforms. They should be a multi-tasker, creative thinker, a problem solver, goal-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a passion for testing to invent and scale a successful program in the Japanese market – from working with the marketing team to design and create the campaign test to communicating the results to using the data to inform future business decisions.
