Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, execution, and innovation. This newly created role will play a key part in shaping the brand’s digital presence, driving engagement, and delivering impactful social media campaigns that resonate with our clients audience.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire social media lifecycle, from strategy to execution, while ensuring alignment with the broader brand & marketing vision. This role will see you combine a commercial yet creative approach to increase engagement, leveraging a large network of stores to showcase the expansive product offering in an innovative way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Strategy and Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required.
- Own and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with the broader brand and marketing calendar.
- Leverage key marketing dates and trends to maximise reach and engagement and ensure consistency across channels.
Content Creation and Management
- Create platform-specific content, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and identity.
- Oversee all copywriting for social channels, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Monitor, brief in and curate user-generated content, maximising opportunities for earned media.
- Develop fresh ideas for social media content series, keeping in mind the broad scope of product categories and target audience.
Campaign Execution and Collaboration
- Partner with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Support the production of photo and video shoots, creating high-quality assets for campaigns and daily content needs (BTS etc)
- Assist with content creation for the website, including blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights on both organic and paid campaigns.
- Use data to optimise strategies and improve results, identifying areas of opportunity.
Industry Trends and Innovation
- Stay ahead of social media trends and emerging platforms, ensuring the brand remains competitive and innovative with a touch of elevation yet remaining true to the heritage.
