OPPORTUNITY: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/MARKETER FOR STUDENT ACCOMMODATION BUSINESS

Are you passionate about social media and marketing? Do you have a creative flair for connecting with an audience? We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager/Marketer for our student accommodation business!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in social media management or marketing (experience with

student audiences is a plus).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience managing content creators or working with outsourced content production.
• Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonus.

• Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

• Manage daily social media posts and interactions, responding to inquiries and

engaging with followers.

• Create content (images, videos, etc.) or outsource and manage third-party

creators to ensure high-quality material is delivered.

• Track and analyse performance metrics to improve campaigns and drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and suggest innovative strategies.
