POSITION OVERVIEW:
Thanks to our continued success and ambitious growth targets, we are now seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to help it on its exciting growth journey. This position has limitless potential and is an all-round marketing position encompassing creative, content, commercial, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years working in a social media focused role, whether that be as a sole focus or as a big part of a wider marketing role. You will report directly to the Directors whilst working in collaboration with junior colleagues already part of the team and also the design team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- Exhibit leadership and communicate effect reporting.
- Be responsible for content creation across multiple platforms while maintaining brand guidelines and tone of voice based on audience.
- Create and implement social media strategies as well as developing and overseeing campaigns.
- Focus social media efforts on ROI, reach and engagement, while measuring the success and using insights for performance optimisation.
- Collaborate with junior staff and design team to develop innovative campaigns.
- Engage with our community, fostering interaction and growth.
- Analyse performance and competitor activity to optimise presence.
- Support marketing efforts at brand events with compelling social content.
- Assist, prepare and write copy of marketing content for digital and printed media.
- Help to increase traffic to company websites through a variety of methods.
- Market research.
