Responsibilities:

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:

We have been appointed to partner with the marketing team within our client’s Healthcare division to drive their brand and content marketing pillar forward. This pillar will focus on growing and elevating our client’s brand and event brands. The Brand and content marketing pillar’s primary focus is converting audiences into event attendees, increasing ticket sales, and improving attendee quality.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content, the Social Media Manager must have experience in a similar role with a particular emphasis on B2B expertise. You will be leading social media campaigns, both paid and organic, across various platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Creating engaging digital content and having a robust understanding of targeting key audience groups will be essential. You should be skilled at analysing user data to make informed decisions for continuous improvement across social media channels.
You will join a team of over 12 individuals and collaborate with the broader marketing team consisting of more than 30 members.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You’ll be responsible for refreshing our client’s social media presence and creating exciting content that aims to connect with our client’s audiences in an impactful and meaningful way. You will be creating and driving the social media strategy for our client and engaging with key audiences via paid social media campaigns – that result in leads and conversions. You will be strategically minded when it comes to planning and executing digital campaigns, alongside analysing engagement data and identifying trends in customer interactions.
