Position Title: Senior Paid Social Media Lead / Head of Social
Seniority Level: Senior
Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 (flexible based on experience)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Lead to drive customer acquisition through paid social channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Meta Ads and experience with TikTok Ads, focusing on developing and executing effective social media strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and implement top-level paid social strategies, primarily on Meta Ads.
• Manage secondary channels such as TikTok Ads, with knowledge of Pinterest and Snapchat Ads regarded as advantageous.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns focused on construction-related content.
• Conduct regular creative and non-creative tests to optimise performance.
• Oversee the creative strategy and briefing process, ensuring high-quality output from the design and copy teams.
• Collaborate across departments for company-wide marketing initiatives.
• Utilise attribution tools for performance analysis and decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with advertising partners and stay updated on industry trends.
