EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years in Social Media with proven experience on building strategy & delivering strong brand outcomes.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a focus on creating engaging & shareable content
- Strong understanding of social media tools, such as Ads Managers, Social Listening & Social Scheduling Software.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and content creation
- Agency, or small-medium organisation experience advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and stakeholders.
- Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
- Passion for creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Are you an adventurous, strategic & creative Social Media Manager who would love to build organic social channels that ‘shift the way people experience life’? Well, you’re in luck.
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and deliver an impactful organic social media strategy for the RedBalloon brand, including management of ambassadors & influencers.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Brand, you will be responsible for delivering an exciting, aspirational approach to the brand social channels across existing and emerging platforms. You will be a hands-on expert in TikTok and Instagram, with proven expertise in delivering strong channel growth to drive real brand & business outcomes.
This role will be responsible for bringing our brand & experiences to life through organic social media channels, driving organic follower growth, organic reach, and running successful social partnerships. It will also be responsible for setting up our ambassador & influencer program, and managing this ongoing.
This role will focus on the RedBalloon brand in 2024, with a view to expanding to a multi-brand remit from 2025.
