We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence, manage our online reputation, and drive engagement across social platforms.

RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY – CUENCA, ECUADOR

This position is based in Cuenca, Ecuador, and we are looking for candidates willing to relocate for a guaranteed in-office role. If you are passionate about social media and eager to join a fast-growing company, we will provide support to ensure a smooth transition to your new work environment in Cuenca.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and emerging trends.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong experience in managing and responding to online reviews professionally.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments to fulfill social media needs.
• Analytical skills to assess performance and optimize strategies.
• Bonus: Experience with reputation management tools (e.g., BirdEye, Podium, or Semrush).
• Willingness to relocate to Cuenca, Ecuador (mandatory).
