This role demands exceptional communication, coordination, and social media management skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the UAE’s cultural landscape and have a proven track record of successfully managing social media presence for government or royals.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Emirati Social Media Manager to serve as the crucial link between HH office, the marketing agency’s media team, and the public. This role demands exceptional communication, coordination, and social media management skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the UAE’s cultural landscape and have a proven track record of successfully managing social media presence for government or royals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Emirati National: This position is specifically reserved for Emirati citizens and Arabic native speakers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum 2-3 years of proven experience working in a social media role within a government or royal environment.
- Language: Native Arabic speaker with excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.
SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat etc.) and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Google Work Place Suite, Modern Project Management platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the HH office and the marketing agency team.
- Ensure seamless communication and information flow between all parties.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration on social media strategies and campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, briefings, and approvals.
