WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead Softr’s social media strategy, create quality content for existing audiences, and explore ways to attract and engage new audiences.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Softr’s social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engage with our community, and attract new audiences.
- Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms that aligns with Softr’s voice, speaks to our target audiences, and delivers value.
- Experiment with different content formats—like carousel posts, quick videos, tutorials, and customer stories—to highlight Softr’s features, use cases, and benefits. You will help show new and existing users whats possible with the platform.
- Join conversations in online communities like Reddit, Facebook Groups, and industry forums. Engage with people where Softr or related topics come up to build credibility and increase our visibility.
- Work with other team members to amplify product updates and announcements, getting important messages out to our audience at the right time.
- Track and analyze social media performance and report on key metrics, growth insights, and areas for improvement. Use these findings to fine-tune social strategies, improve engagement, and stay ahead of trends.
- Keep an eye and report back on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience conversations to spark new content ideas and keep Softr relevant in the no-code space.
