JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and executing a monthly content calendar, producing engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and driving thought leadership for our brand. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO and team to gather insights, proactively research competitors, and curate content that aligns with our brand’s voice and style.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly creation and execution of a content calendar from ideation to post
- Produce consistent, engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Create content aligned with the team and brand’s style and voice
- Curate content that helps develop thought leadership
- Proactively research competitors /top industry voices to catalog ideas for future content
- Collaborate with the CEO and team to gather insights for content topics
- Develop role-related SOPs and perform other marketing-related tasks as needed
