Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the long-term needs of our social media strategy and provide quarterly reports to management, recommending necessary adjustments to our digital marketing plan.
- Content Creation: Craft captivating content, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia, for our social media platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies, incorporating them into our strategy.
- Reporting: Submit monthly reports on emerging social media trends to management.
- Campaign Management: Develop and oversee competitions and campaigns that draw attention to our brand and engage our audience.
- ROI Measurement: Set measurable goals for campaigns, analyse performance, and demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) to stakeholders.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a social media team, guiding junior members to achieve success.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and creatives to develop a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
