Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the long-term needs of our social media strategy and provide quarterly reports to management, recommending necessary adjustments to our digital marketing plan.
  • Content Creation: Craft captivating content, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia, for our social media platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies, incorporating them into our strategy.
  • Reporting: Submit monthly reports on emerging social media trends to management.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and oversee competitions and campaigns that draw attention to our brand and engage our audience.
  • ROI Measurement: Set measurable goals for campaigns, analyse performance, and demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) to stakeholders.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts, ensuring a positive brand image.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a social media team, guiding junior members to achieve success.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and creatives to develop a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.

  • Excellent Communication: Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, creatives, and departments effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities to manage and inspire a team.

  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language.

  • Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of computers, operating systems, and relevant software programs.
  • SEO and Metrics Knowledge: A sound understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and keyword search.
