As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights.
Job Description:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts for brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using key metrics and analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and the automotive industry.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and amplify our brand message.
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for B2C brands, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, is a plus.
  • Passion for cars and automotive culture is highly desirable.
