Role Overview: As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brands’ voices and business goals. You will manage daily social media activities, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking, to drive growth and brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the DTC e-commerce space.
  • Experience in influencer outreach and relationship management.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills, including the ability to craft compelling scripts and copy.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management: Propose, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with each brand’s identity and resonates with our target audiences. This includes writing scripts and copy for posts, stories, and video content.
  • Platform Management: Oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging.
  • Influencer Outreach & Collaboration: Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and create authentic content partnerships.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
