SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (COMMUNITY MANAGER)- LEADING ALCOHOL BRAND
We’re seeking a social media manager who can effectively build a presence across platforms that will resonate with followers while driving our client’s business. You’ll know social, you’ll know how to build communities, and you’ll know the content that gets people talking. You’ll be responsible for content as well as community. You’ll work with the planning team to keep content on strategy plus brand relevant, our creative team to make and shoot great content, and the data team to grow social through data and insights. You’ll have the chance to work across a fantastic global client that is a leading alcohol brand.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll share social trends and inspiration with our creatives to help them produce culturally relevant content
- Project manage across teams with a unified goal of creating platform-native social content based in strategy and responsive to trends
- You’ll support the planner and creatives in making sure all content is optimised for the channel it will be posted on
- You’ll post/schedule the content and manage the content calendar while also presenting and implementing reactive ideas
- You’ll manage the community, replying to comments and DMs, but also take part in relevant conversations outside of the brand channels to drive engagement.
- You’ll keep up to date with what’s trending, content, platform updates, and any other innovations in social that will improve our work
- You’ll seek out community members we can leverage to become ‘brand ambassadors’ ,looking for opportunities to surprise and delight our members to drive advocacy and loyalty
- You’ll manage UGC, getting permission to use or repurpose on social and beyond
- You’ll use data to advise on the effectiveness of our how well we’re engaging and how we might pivot
- Some extras may include… content audits, competitor reviews, inspiration decks, and starring in the occasional TikTok!
