    We’re looking for a highly strategic and analytical Social Media Manager to join us as we drive equality in the world’s largest companies.     This is a ’once in a career’ opportunity to shape and own the social media strategy for our business. You’ll have full responsibility for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on B2B engagement—particularly on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, to drive growth and engagement.
  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team as well as the WeQual Awards, Membership, and Sales teams to support business growth through social media.
  • Work with the design and video team to create, curate, and manage content to build meaningful connections with key stakeholders.
  • Be a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand voice across all platforms.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in social media, AI, content creation, and analytics, continuously improving strategies and driving innovation.
  • Monitor and report on all key metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning social media strategies with broader business goals.

Required Skillset:

  • Extensive experience in managing social media in a B2B environment, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of social media analytics, with proven experience in running growth-focused campaigns.
  • Ability to generate meaningful insights from data to shape future strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple social media accounts and a wide range of content types.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Proficient in social media tools, particularly Hubspot (preferred).
  • Highly experienced in developing content calendars, reporting on performance, and optimizing based on data.
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining a strategic approach to social media.
