WHAT’S THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?

At Wiser, we’re not just reshaping the world of employer branding; we’re rethinking how brands show up on social. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join a team that reaches audiences of millions across the globe, making an impact at all levels within the business. You’ll be working within a high performing team that manages social presences for the likes of King, National Grid, Kraft Heinz and more. In the last 2 years, we’ve gone from just an idea to a fully fledged Marketing team of almost 20, who are leading the way when it comes to employer brand social, and that growth continues as more and more businesses open their eyes to the impact of Employer Branding.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?

  • Leading on the production of our social content from ideation through to delivery, working with stakeholders, the wider Social Team, and our in-house Design and Films teams to create thumb-stopping social.
  • Working with our stakeholders on approvals and feedback, ensuring that any amends are actioned.
  • Supporting on calendar planning within your team, coming up with creative ideas to cut through the noise.
  • Diving into the data, creating weekly reports for our always-on clients to measure our impact and find areas to level up.
  • Owning community management for our always-on clients, building audiences in creative ways.
  • Creating copy for all of our social posts, aligned with each brand’s different tone of voice.Supporting the Senior Social Media Manager on the creation of strategies and audits.
