Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that enhance our brand presence across various platforms along with creating a monthly newsletter, a bi-annual magazine, and promotional graphics, along with other duties as assigned. This role requires a strong understanding of social media and marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- A background in Marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices for content optimization.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and advertising strategies is a plus.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- A background in graphic design is highly desirable to create compelling visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn and other platforms used by the SBC.
- Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback; respond in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with our team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and e-commerce initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media advertising and graphic design to ensure innovative approaches to content creation.
