OVERVIEW
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our brand. The ideal candidate is a research buff with a passion for social media management and a strong understanding of SEO principles. You will work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
SKILLS
- Fashion/fashion related industry required
- Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in creative strategy development, social media management and digital marketing at a leading fashion, beauty, or equivalent luxury brand.
- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.
- A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.

Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic approach for social.
- Develop content programs and a holistic social aesthetic, in partnership with the Creative teams.
- Determine the best content to publish and leverage different media and approaches for world-class social content development.
- Ensure developed content aligns with strategy and goes live at the right time and in the right way.
- Connect, engage, and respond to our social audiences.
- Maximize our performance on social to meet and exceed marketing, brand, and business objectives.
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with influencers and other partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Edit videos and graphics for use on social media platforms to create compelling visual content.
