JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and performance analytics.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, or Canva is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, or influencer marketing is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C industries is a plus.

  • Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to optimize strategy.
  • Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Identify and work with influencers or brand ambassadors for marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and platform updates.
