Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and performance analytics.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid advertising.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, or Canva is a plus.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, or influencer marketing is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C industries is a plus.

- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify and work with influencers or brand ambassadors for marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and platform updates.
