JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences.
  • Set specific objectives and KPIs for social media campaigns.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Monitoring conversations across social media platforms to gather insights and respond appropriately.
  • Running and analyzing A/B tests on social media ads and posts to determine the most effective content
  • Create visually appealing pins, understanding Pinterest SEO, and utilizing rich pins.
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content production.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign results and audience engagement and use data to make informed decisions and improve future campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and develop and enforce social media guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor online mentions and manage the company’s online reputation, and work with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote company initiatives and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Attend industry conferences and training sessions.
  • Implement new strategies to keep the company’s social media presence innovative and competitive.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, and creativity and an eye for design.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Understanding and leveraging NFTs and blockchain technology for marketing purposes
  • Prior experience in managing a youtube channel is mandatory.
  • Responsible to create engaging video content, including live streaming, storytelling, and using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads).
  • Experience in creating viral content, leveraging trends, and utilizing TikTok’s unique features like challenges and duets
  • Experience in crafting visually appealing pins, understanding Pinterest SEO, and utilizing rich pins.
  • Experience in B2B content strategy, lead generation strategy
  • Experience in monitoring conversations across social media platforms to gather insights and respond appropriately.
  • Experience in running and analyzing A/B tests on social media ads and posts to determine the most effective content
  • Experience in Finding and collaborating with influencers whose audience aligns with the brand’s target market.
