QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years proven experience in social media moderation, including leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Strong grasp of community guidelines, content policies, and legal considerations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on key moderation metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and best practices in moderation to adapt and improve our strategies.
