QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years proven experience in social media moderation, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.
- Strong grasp of community guidelines, content policies, and legal considerations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities:
