We have a team of talented content creators but are looking for a strong strategist who can take our social media efforts to the next level by developing winning strategies and optimizing paid campaigns.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Social Media & Paid Marketing Strategist to lead and execute high-impact social media strategies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement tactics, and paid advertising strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in social media strategy and paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of growing brands organically on social media.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, and digital growth tactics.
  • Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Ability to craft engaging and high-performing social media strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work with creative teams.
  • Experience in the UAE market is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven social media strategies to increase organic growth, engagement, and reach.
  • Identify the latest trends, reels, and viral content formats to boost brand presence.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality, engaging, and shareable content.
  • Optimize content calendars, hashtags, posting schedules, and engagement tactics for maximum visibility.
  • Implement A/B testing on content strategies to determine what works best.
