• Create and post social media content daily according to established targets and guidelines.
• Work with applicable team members to ensure content on various accounts and social platforms is distributed according to the agreed strategy and tactics.
• Enforce brand standards and guidelines and adherence to templates and best practices to ensure consistency.
• Create engaging and relevant content for diverse audiences across various platforms, including text graphics, videos, and stories.
• Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms using scheduling tools to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement and positive brand sentiment.
• Assist with quality assurance of individual content pieces, including editing copy and graphics.
• Working with various teams to facilitate and execute video distribution across multiple social media platforms.
