About the position:
- This is a part-time, fully-remote role (approximately 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Take charge of our LinkedIn and YouTube channels, working with the communications team to plan and execute a social media calendar that creates engagement.
- Generate fresh content ideas that tap into the latest trends and elevate our brand.
- Cooperate closely with our Content Manager, Events Manager & Product Marketing to inform your social media calendar.
- Execute on the social media calendar: write posts and team up with our designer to pick visuals that pop (no design skills needed, just a keen eye).
- Set clear KPIs, track performance, and deliver reports that show what’s working and what needs tweaking.
- Think big and bold to come up with ideas for posts, memes, reels and videos that will resonate with our target audience.
- Your focus is on boosting engagement and reach, not generating leads—this is about building a brand people love.
- For this role we do not require skills in paid advertising or graphic design.
