Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist who can lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, has a deep understanding of social media platforms, and knows how to create engaging content that resonates with a high-end audience.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality content for Instagram (including Reels, Stories, and posts) and other platforms.
• Self-Modeling: Confident to self-model Hermes bags in daily post. Sharing creative and fashion-forwarded ways to style them.
• Social Media Management: Manage daily posting schedules, respond to comments and direct messages, and engage with our audience.
• Copywriting: Write compelling captions and posts tailored to our luxury brand image.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) to optimize campaigns.
• Trends & Strategy: Stay updated on social media trends, implement best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance our digital presence.
• Collaboration: Work with our team to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts with high-quality content (portfolio or Instagram link required).
• Strong English writing skills, with a knack for creating elegant and engaging captions.
• Familiarity with Instagram algorithms, hashtags, and growth strategies.
• Passion for luxury fashion, with knowledge of Hermès or similar high-end brands being a plus.
• Experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience as an influencer or having a personal Instagram with a significant following.
