SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

About the Role:
As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to welcome a passionate Employer Brand Social Media Specialist to our team! This role reports directly to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement and plays a vital role in shaping and promoting our employer brand.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive People & Culture communications strategy to enhance brand awareness and employee engagement for both internal and external audiences.
• Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram) using tools like Hootsuite to attract top talent and foster employee engagement.
• Craft compelling copywriting and collaborate with designers to create visuals that highlight our company culture and employee value proposition.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to identify and showcase employee stories and initiatives.
• Develop and implement a content calendar for internal communications, promoting company values and employee recognition monthly.
• Partner with the People & Culture team to plan and execute employer branding events, both virtual and in-person.
• Produce weekly & monthly reports on our social media performance for our people stories.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and social media marketing.
