Job Overview:
We are seeking a female professional to join our team as a Sales Associate & Social Media Specialist. This hybrid role combines customer service excellence with creative social media management to help us deliver an exceptional in-store experience while growing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Associate:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting vape products, accessories, and e-liquids tailored to their needs.
• Provide expert product knowledge and ensure compliance with all vaping laws and regulations.
• Process sales transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering personalized recommendations and follow-up support.

Social Media Specialist:

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns to promote products, sales, and events.
• Respond to comments and messages, fostering an interactive online community.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Female
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in the vape or similar industry.
• Familiarity with vaping products and current regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry and social media trends.
