Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals and brand voice.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, product teams, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new features, products, and company initiatives.
