POSITION SUMMARY

This position will report to the Senior, Social Media Manager, on the Digital Marketing team, a part of Marketing Department. Top-level duties include documenting Trulieve’s corporate social media branding, tonality, and identity across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, live-streaming, recorded video and more.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar (Not required)
  • Social media management 4+ years’ experience preferred
  • Experience with Sprinklr/Hootsuite/HubSpot/Meltwater or similar
  • Travel: 40-50% in field visits (Northeast)
  • Flexibility of hours – nights and weekends
  • Technology proficiency
  • Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results
  • Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Social Strategy led by Senior Social Manager, curating to your specific markets
  • Capture video content across in-store activations, community events, and physician engagement.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate action
