JOB OVERVIEW
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role is focused on driving the performance of our Paid and Organic marketing campaigns through data analysis, visualization, and insights. You will work closely with our Paid and Organic team to analyze data from multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Search Console, GA4, and more. The primary goal of this role is to identify trends and opportunities to optimize overall campaign performance and support data-driven decision-making. In this role you will primarily be focused on Home Service Verticality
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Search Console) and web analytics tools (GA4) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize campaign performance and key metrics for Paid and Organic channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Paid and Organic team to provide actionable insights that inform strategy, targeting, budget allocation, and content optimization.
- Work with the Customer Success Team to incorporate customer feedback into campaign performance analysis and help identify ways to enhance customer experience through marketing efforts.
- Perform in-depth analysis of ad campaigns, keywords, and audience segments to identify trends and optimize performance across platforms.
- Support A/B testing efforts and conduct post-campaign analysis to measure the effectiveness of different strategies. Identify areas to improve conversion rates, CTRs, CPCs, and other KPIs across campaigns.
- Assist with forecasting, performance modeling, and budget tracking to ensure campaigns are on track to meet business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing and data analytics.
- Manage and implement tracking and analytics solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring data integrity and effective measurement across platforms.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed to support evolving business and marketing needs.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and through visual reports.
