JOB DESCRIPTION

• Admin support for Social Services
• Assist in MOH Portable Subsidy admissions
• Prepare bills, contracts, and administrative documents
• Monitor National Means Testing for subsidy residents
• Collect documents for financial assistance applications
• Prepare social memos for outpatient financial assistance
• Address phone/email inquiries on social service matters
• Maintain records, track subsidies, and handle Medifund claims

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min GCE ’O’ Levels or any equivalent qualification
• Well versed with MS Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player
