JOB DESCRIPTION
- Admin support for Social Services
- Assist in MOH Portable Subsidy admissions
- Prepare bills, contracts, and administrative documents
- Monitor National Means Testing for subsidy residents
- Collect documents for financial assistance applications
- Prepare social memos for outpatient financial assistance
- Address phone/email inquiries on social service matters
- Maintain records, track subsidies, and handle Medifund claims
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min GCE ’O’ Levels or any equivalent qualification
- Well versed with MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player
