Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Answering phones with two rings and placing calls on hold to answer another call
  2. Utilizing the phone log for every call
  3. Transferring calls round robin
  4. Taking mail from yesterday’s afternoon upstairs by 9:30 am and retrieving what is up there.
  5. Filling the paper in the printer
  6. Making mail out application packets
  7. Accepting mail that is delivered to the door
  8. Date-stamping all mail delivered
  9. Assisting with the purging ROI’s / PAE’s at the end of every month

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Customer service skills
  • Previous office experience preferred
