Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answering phones with two rings and placing calls on hold to answer another call
- Utilizing the phone log for every call
- Transferring calls round robin
- Taking mail from yesterday’s afternoon upstairs by 9:30 am and retrieving what is up there.
- Filling the paper in the printer
- Making mail out application packets
- Accepting mail that is delivered to the door
- Date-stamping all mail delivered
- Assisting with the purging ROI’s / PAE’s at the end of every month
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Customer service skills
- Previous office experience preferred
