Your role

As Sustainability Specialist (m/f/d) you will be part of our Sustainability Team within our Scent & Care Business Unit. You will be our expert for human rights and develop a risk assessment dashboard for Fragrances, validate external risks and develop mitigation plans. This role is central to serve several key stakeholders across the organization. Our Sustainability Team consists of 9 colleagues working from all around the world. This position is a full-time employement to be located in our Global Headquater in Holzminden, Germany.

  • HUMAN RIGHTS RISK ASSESSMENT & RISK MANAGEMENT: Develop a Human Rights program for Fragrances to support customer requirements.
  • CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS LEAD: Develop multistakeholder partnership projects with customers and NGOs under our ‘Bridging the Gap’ Programme
  • DATA COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT: Support Customer team in collecting and analysing data and responding to customer queries.
  • CUSTOMER STEWARDSHIP: Develop and present customer projects & roadmaps on sustainable sourcing of ingredients and human rights.

Responsibilities:
