What is the job role?
This is a great opportunity to join the Children’s Disability Social Work Team in a permanent part time role, working 22.5 hours per week.
As a social worker within the team, you will work primarily with children and young people who have disabilities , who require help and support arising from these needs. If you have experience of effective multi agency working and share our values about relational practice and promoting the voice of the child to ensure that services are meeting individual needs, then we would love to hear from you.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
